Maryland Environmental Literacy Partnership
The Maryland Environmental Literacy Partnership is currently seeking qualified applicants to fill three positions to support the continued development and implementation of environmental literacy curriculum modules for partner school systems.
- Curriculum Module Reviser (Contract): Evaluate, revise, and improve alignment of statewide environmental literacy modules (July 15- September 30). Please see job announcement for additional details.
- Curriculum Development Fellow: Support the design of individual county level curriculum modules, in consultation with school system partners and MELP lead teachers. This position is a one year position with a possibility of renewal for a second year. (Estimated start date Aug. 15. Note that the short term Curriculum Reviser may become an eligible candidate for the Curriculum Development Fellow position.) Please see job announcement for additional details.
- Implementation Coordinator. Facilitate the piloting of project modules and coordinate the work of district level professional learning communities. This position is a one year position with a possibility of renewal for a second year. (Estimated start date Aug. 15.) Please see job announcement for additional details.
As indicated, these positions are limited term positions, but may be suitable for teachers seeking a sabbatical opportunity, or others with the requisite skills and experience.
