Mike Gerel
Mike assists in the development of Virginia office positions on environmental legislation, regulations, funding, and compliance with existing regulatory programs with a focus on issues related to water quality and point and non-point source pollution. He reviews local, state, and federal regulations, policies, grant and cost share programs, as well as proposed projects, for potential impacts upon surface and ground waters. Additionally, Mike manages all science and restoration staff in the Virginia Office.
