  • KNC Residential Window Replacements

  • Clagett Farm Roofing Replacements

    Status: Current
    Date Posted: February 4, 2025
    The Chesapeake Bay Foundation is seeking a contractor to replace the roofing on 4 of our buildings at Clagett Farm located in Upper Marlboro, MD. Each roof is noted below with approximate building sizes. Contractors may bid on roofs individually. If submitting a bid for all projects, the cost must be noted for each roof individually. It is required that each roof receives, at a minimum, a 20-year, no-dollar limit warranty. Due to the uniqueness of the buildings and property, a site visit is encouraged and will be arranged upon request.
