Thanks to you and more than 1,000 of your fellow Bay lovers, we not only met our Giving Tuesday $35,000 challenge—we far exceeded it, making this CBF's best Giving Tuesday ever! That means extraordinary things for our Bay and all who depend on it.
Since saying "thank you" didn't seem like enough, brave CBFers in Annapolis and Virginia Beach took part in an annual Chesapeake Polar Plunge yesterday! With a high of 38°, a water temp of 46°, and wind at 25 knots (not to mention a gale warning!), we jumped into the Bay to celebrate you, your fellow supporters, and this Bay we all love so much. Many thanks for all you do for our rivers, streams, and Chesapeake.
