Bald Eagle Survey on the Rappahannock River!

In January 2017, CBF Senior Educator and Photographer Bill Portlock bundled up on a cold, January day and made his way out on the Rappahannock River for a midwinter bald eagle survey with Bill Crouch of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. In just one day, they spotted nearly 200 eagles!
