Megan Fink

Education Administrative Assistant

Meghan FinkTenure at CBF: 2011-Present

Megan started at CBF in the fall of 2011 as the Fox Island Seasonal Educator. She then moved to Smith Island and made her home there as the Assistant Manager and then Program Manager from 2012 through 2014. She became an integral part of the Tylerton Community while there and a valuable member of the Island Education Team. In August 2014, she became the Senior Manager for the Islands Programs, where she managed the team of educators & Captains. The level of details that she had to stay on top of, the ever-changing logistics, and the ability to get things done as a Senior Manager made her a perfect fit for her new position. As the Education Administrative Assistant, Megan works closely with Tom Ackerman and the education directors while honing new skills and keeping the education department moving forward.

Education: Virginia Tech, degree in Wildlife Science and Biology

Prior to officially joining CBF in the fall of 2011, Megan was a volunteer on CBF's Great Fox Island.

Favorite Quote: “Sounds of the wind or sounds of the sea make me happy just to be.”
