CBF Student Wave is part of the Chesapeake Bay Foundation's Student Leadership program and is a network of high school students who take on action projects and encourage others to #savethebay.

CBF Student Wave is defined by these principles:

You decide. It is up to you to take action or speak out.

Think Bay, act stream. Make a difference on a multi-state issue by taking important action locally.

Join others, lead others. The action of one student rallying ten others becomes the power of a crowd.

Advocate. Tell friends, family, and elected officials about how to #savethebay to make a bigger impact.

Build skills. Leadership, communication, advocacy, restoration - all useful skills in school, work, and life.

Have fun! Outdoors, in nature, getting dirty, taking photos and videos, making friends, and so much more.

#savethebay
