Antietam 319 Grant

Chesapeake Bay Foundation (CBF), with assistance from Franklin County Conservation District, the Antietam Watershed Association, and other partners, is working with landowners to implement conservation practices on sites identified in the Watershed Implementation Plan for the impaired West Branch Antietam Creek watershed in Pennsylvania. Best management practices will include planting forested riparian buffers, installing stream bank fencing, stream crossings, barnyard improvements, and other practices to improve water quality and increase farm productivity.
