Legislators, Governor Must Build on Clean Water Momentum with Greater Investments in ACAP
The Chesapeake Bay Foundation is calling on Pennsylvania’s Governor and legislators to step up to the plate again, by including increased and sustained investments in the Clean Streams Fund and Agricultural Conservation Assistance Program that help farmers reduce pollution.
