We Believe in Transparent Cause Marketing Campaigns
CBF operates under the Better Business Bureau guidelines for charitable giving, and we are therefore unable to actively promote our brand partner's products or services. All of our cause marketing campaigns require a formalized agreement, Certificate of Insurance, and minimum $5,000 donation. Certain states have laws governing solicitation on behalf of charities by for-profit companies in commercial co-ventures and must comply with mandatory registration and filing requirements. For this reason, we require specific provisions in our contracts, regardless of the state(s) where the promotion will be conducted. Filing and registration are the responsibility of the for-profit company. Never hesitate to reach out to us if you have questions while working with our brand.
